Indoor Cycle

This 45 min aerobic class is one of the hottest trends in the fitness industry. Keiser Indoor Cycling is appropriate for everyone from beginner to expert. Indoor Cycling promotes outstanding toning benefits and it’s a terrific cardiovascular workout. On average you can burn between 400 - 500 calories in a single class! Become a regular indoor cyclist and share with your fellow members the many reported benefits.

Spinal Conditioning

This non impact fun class uses the latest equipment to mobilize and exercise the joints and muscles in the spine and abdominals. As over 90% of lower back pain cases have no specific cause and over two-thirds of back strains and injuries are put down to normal daily activities like pushing and pulling. For some, conditioning the core is a must.

Ashtanga Yoga

This is probably the most disciplined form of yoga, which dates back over 5,000 years. The primary series being taught on Monday evening is specifically designed to therapeutically align the body and protect and rehabilitate it from injury. You will be moving from posture to posture riding on the wave of the breath. You will become stronger, leaner and more toned. This style will relax the mind and calm the nervous system. This class is for every ability level. All postures are talked through with alternative exercises given, making this class an individual experience for all. Everyone is welcome.

Pilates

An all over body conditioning class focusing on lengthening and toning the muscles without creating bulk. This mind and body experience challenges the muscles whilst calming the mind. Primarily focusing on developing core strength, increasing mobility, flexibility and improving posture. This is an excellent choice of exercise if you are advised to strengthen minor back or joint problems.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is the absolute control of body co-ordination, strength and flexibilty with the wellbeing of deep and relaxed breathing. Suitable for the 'new to exercise' clients, clients with joint problems and the 'professional' gym client looking for body control and awareness.

Aerobics & Body Conditioning

A traditional aerobics and body conditioning class suitable for most ages and fitness levels. A choreographed routine develops cardiovascular fitness, co-ordination and burns those unwanted calories. Involving tailor made exercises that tone the body and improve posture and flexibility.

Cardio-Circuits

A combination of choreographed routine and circuit based exercises provide a cardiovascular workout followed by conditioning exercises using weights and body resistance. Suitable for most ages and fitness levels.

Gentle Workout

Aerobics and body conditioning exercises especially suitable for beginners or those looking for a more gentle workout. A choreographed routine develops cardiovascular fitness followed by conditioning exercises designed to tone those muscles and improve posture and flexibility
