  • Encouraging people to lead a healthy lifestyle
  • Empowering people to take positive action

During the first 5 years of incorporation, 3000 local residents and business people have used the state of the art activity equipment and top class professional guidance at The Hampton, gaining a wealth of positive results.

An investment of £90,000 was made in 2009 improving all aspects of the design and layout of the club, including the low mobility and general changing areas, physiotherapy suite, a sprung floor and mirrored studio, new activity equipment and other features including a wi-fi social area.

This effort in refurbishment has impacted positively on the service provision and the ambience and aesthetics of the club.
