BODY CONDITIONING


Body Conditioning with Matt Ensor is a  class that will tone and sculpt the whole body as well as building good core strength whilst reducing body fat through a series of muscular endurance and cardio vascular exercises.

The emphasis is on lots of variation and lots of competitive fun.

Through a mixture of resistance and CV machines it promises to give a tough but fun workout

It's a tough but extremely rewarding class - Don't forget your towel and water !
