Cardiovascular SuiteThe new look cardiovascular suite is located on the 1st floor, which includes state-of-the-art running and walking machines, bikes, cross trainers, rowing machines and stepper, all of which offer easy to function programmes. The suite also has a large stretching zone that contains easy to follow instructions, you can enjoy a safe and effective workout. With the facility to be able to monitor your heart rate as you train, you can also tune in and listen to your favourite TV programme on the 42" plasma screens that are contained in this area of the gym.    |
