Corporate Membership

Simply by entering into our corporate wellness alliance you will entitle your staff to a 10% discount on our membership. They would benefit from being a part of the state-of-the-art Hampton Health Club, as well as receiving a free monthly newsletter on active lifestyle, home exercise and personal health tips.

Individuals gain a personalised programme to follow each time they attend The Hampton, with access to the club 7 days per week.

We are open most days 6:30am - 9pm which means they can attend:

  • Before work
  • Lunch time
  • After work
  • Weekends.

Should you wish to provide further encouragement by paying into a subsidisation scheme you can further reduce their monthly fee.
