personal programmesWe offer personal training on a 1 to 1 basis, or we can organise for you and a partner to train as well. The sessions can be booked in groups of up to 12 sessions where you will receive a discount for block booking. Each session will last either 30 minutes or 1 hour depending on your needs. Each personal training session will be different for each person, we will create a workout that suits your fitness level as well as your goals.
