Gareth offers diverse training methods to keep his sessions interesting and results based.Experience:Gareth's early experience was in the field of sports coaching. In 2002 he qualified as an advanced personal trainer and began using his skills to help a wide range of clients achieve their health & fitness goals. Gareth has been successful in helping clients achieve amazing weight loss results leaving them with more confidence and self belief. He has vast experience working with the elderly, helping to improve their mobility and all round strength to aid with the prevention of falls.Likes:Sport, films, reading, socialising, supporting Coventry City Football Club and being successful.Dislikes:Black olives and Aston Villa Football Club. |
