Jane Hodge

Jane has been working in the sport and leisure industry for over 20 years and has run aerobics and conditional exercise classes in Hampton in Arden since 1995.

Her sessions are extremely fun, sociable and effective. Jane is a very approachable and warm person who is happy to discuss the benefits and considerations of her class so feel free to stop her for a chat or join her to grapevine at any time.

Qualifications include:

  • BSC Honours Sports Science, P.E. and Recreation Management (Loughborough University)
  • RSA/Sports Counil Exercise to Music
  • Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Instructor

Specialities:

Jane specialises in aerobics and body conditioning, which has survived the test of time and gives everyone the chance to move around to past and present hits and tome up those muscles in a fun-filled environment.

Jane caters for all ages, offering low impact aerobic routines combined with resistance work using bands and weights.

Experience:

With 20 years of teaching experience Jane has seen many trends come and go. From her very first class with the grand total of one participant to current groups of 30 plus, her aim is always the same - to ensure that everyone enjoys safe and effective exercise and want to come back for more!
