MEET OUR VINYASA YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Sally Stuchfield
Sally brings a fluid, breath-led Vinyasa flow and is a wonderful addition to The Hampton Team.
Sally came to yoga over 20 years ago while pregnant with her first daughter, and absolutely loved it. What began as a way to connect with her body during a big life transition became a lifelong practice of movement, breath and balance.
Over the years, Sally has explored many different styles, from flowing Vinyasa to paddleboard yoga and even parachute yoga, but what’s always drawn her back is the feeling yoga creates: grounded, open and quietly strong.
Sally’s teaching blends creativity with calm and fun. she loves designing flows that feel intuitive and expressive, while still rooted in alignment and intention. All Sally wants is for people to feel both supported and free. You’ll rarely see her without lipstick on, even on the mat — Sally believes yoga should feel good, but you can still feel fabulous while doing it.
Fun Fact: The strangest yoga Sally has ever tried was Goat Yoga, which took her back to my childhood growing up on a hippy commune where she had a pet goat.
