Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, this class is perfect for anyone looking to release tension, enhance their range of motion, and improve overall body awareness.

In this class, we’ll focus on stretches that target all major muscle groups, including the hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back. You’ll be guided through a variety of long held stretches, using breathing techniques to promote mind and muscle connection and prevent injury. Stretches that will range from moderate to deep, allowing you to gradually work within your own range. 

Whether you’re looking to ease tight muscles, improve posture, or simply unwind after a long day, this class offers a rejuvenating experience for your body and mind.
