Jane Hodge

I’ve always had an interest in sport and fitness and spent 3 years studying sports science and PE at Loughborough university.

Over the years I developed a love of group fitness classes beginning with the traditional Aerobics and Body conditioning combo! After qualifying initially as an exercise to music instructor I have never looked back and have held classes in Step, Stretch, Circuits, Conditioning  and Fitness Pilates to name but a few!  

I’ve been based here at the Hampton for over 15 years and am still just as passionate about helping people to develop aspects of their fitness in a fun filled atmosphere. 

You’ll find us in the studio most mornings with a selection of classes to choose from. We’re a very friendly bunch who always love to see new class members.
