This dynamic circuit-based class combines strength training, functional movement, and high-energy cardio to give you a full-body workout that produces real results. Each session is built around rotating exercise stations designed to keep things varied, engaging, and effective. Expect movements such as kettlebell lunges and squats, box jumps or step-ups, burpees, mountain climbers, bent-over rows, squats to press, and challenging core work like crucifix planks and gym ball passovers. This mix of strength and cardio not only improves endurance and builds muscle, but also boosts metabolism so you continue burning calories long after the workout ends.

What really makes Hampton Bootcamp special is the energy of training together. The supportive group atmosphere keeps motivation high and helps you push a little further than you would on your own. Sessions take place outdoors when the weather allows and move indoors during the winter months, keeping the training fresh all year round.
