IASTM:
Is a manual therapy technique that uses specialised tools to detect and treat soft tissue injuries and dysfunctions. It helps break down scar tissue and adhesions, increase blood flow, and improve range of motion and mobility by applying controlled pressure and friction to the affected area.

Dry Needling/Medical Acupuncture:
Is used for conditions involving muscle tightness, such as back pain, neck tension, and headaches. Unlike traditional acupuncture, dry needling is based on modern anatomy and physiology.it can relieve pain and improve muscle function.

Electro Dry Needling:
Works along the same principle as Dry Needling/Medical Acupuncture, except a mild electronic current is passed through the needles. It is used primarily to treat musculoskeletal and neuromuscular pain by targeting myofascial trigger points (muscle knots) and can also reduce pain.

Is a non-invasive physiotherapy treatment that can help reduce pain, improve muscle function, and accelerate healing by improving blood circulation and promoting cell activity. It reduces pain, improve muscle function, and reduces inflammation.

Therapeutic Ultrasound:
A therapy treatment for musculoskeletal issues like sprains and strains, and it can accelerate healing, reduce swelling, and increase blood flow. This is different from diagnostic ultrasound used in pregnancy, and treatments are delivered by moving a probe over the skin with a water-based gel.
