Katie is an active sports woman previously having represented Great Britain in middle distance running. Having studied physical education at university she returned to university in in 2016 to study counselling psychology. She is passionate about helping people through issues that are having a negative effect on their lives and also believes that physical exercise plays an important role in that process.
