The goal is to improve the body’s ability to work hard over short bursts without relying on extra oxygen, essential for exercises like sprinting, heavy lifting, and high-intensity circuit sessions. 

This class is ideal for those who want to burn calories quickly, increase cardiovascular capacity, and raise overall fitness levels. Participants will experience a metabolism boost, improved athletic performance, and increased energy for daily activities. 

For those participants entering a DEKA event, this class will help directly support zones such as Rowing; Ski-Erg;
Farmers Carry.
